1. Product Variations (batches, color, texture, fragrance)
Cosmetic products may show slight variations between different production batches, including, by way of example:
• color
• texture
• fragrance
• packaging appearance
These variations are normal in cosmetic products and do not constitute a conformity defect, provided they do not affect the essential characteristics or the safety of the product.
2. Cosmetic Product Results
Cosmetic products do not have therapeutic or medical purposes.
Any results indicated in product descriptions are based on cosmetic testing and user experience, but may vary from person to person depending on individual factors such as:
• skin type
• method of application
• frequency of use
• personal characteristics
Therefore, any differences in perceived results do not constitute a product defect.
3. Individual Skin Sensitivity
Cosmetic products are formulated in compliance with European cosmetic regulations (Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009).
However, as with any cosmetic product, individual reactions related to personal skin sensitivity may occur.
Customers are advised to always check the ingredient list before use and to discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur.
4. Product Images
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Any differences in color or appearance may depend on:
• settings of the device used by the customer
• lighting conditions during photography
• packaging updates by the manufacturer
These differences do not constitute a product conformity defect.
5. Correct Use of Products
Customers must use the products in accordance with the instructions and guidance provided on the packaging or website.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damage or adverse effects resulting from:
• improper use of the product
• use not in accordance with the instructions
• combination with incompatible products
6. Prevention of Abuse of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is a tool provided by consumer protection law to allow verification of products purchased remotely.
The Customer agrees to exercise this right in accordance with the law and in good faith, avoiding behaviors that could constitute misuse or abuse of the return service.
The Seller reserves the right to monitor the number and frequency of return requests made by users.
In cases of abnormal or potentially abusive behavior, such as:
• repeated and systematic returns of multiple orders
• frequent return of used products or products not meeting the return conditions
• use of the return service in a manner incompatible with the purpose of the right of withdrawal
the Seller may take proportionate measures to ensure proper management of the service, including:
• limiting access to certain return methods

In all cases, compliance with the rights established by current consumer protection law is guaranteed.
